Double dose of Ruffles
This post needs no elaboration. It's just a two piece ruffle top and bottom and a vest. The vest is not really needed for the look and then, it wouldn't hurt either to have it on when the weather permits. Complete the look with the white bag and blue slides and you are good to go.
